This Privacy Policy explains how Midway Logistics LLC ("Midway," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through e-Ventrix Freight (the "Platform"), the software we use to run our freight brokerage business at e-ventrixfreight.com. It applies to our staff and to the carriers, customers, and business partners who interact with us through the Platform — for example, through a carrier portal, customer portal, or a secure document or rate-confirmation link.

• Contact and account information: name, company, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
• Freight and business records: quotes, loads, shipment and lane details, rate confirmations, carrier and customer assignments, and load status updates.
• Documents: proof of delivery, bills of lading, carrier compliance and insurance records, and other files uploaded to the Platform.
• Billing and payment information: invoices and statements and, where carrier or vendor payments are set up, bank account details submitted through our banking and payment-verification provider, Plaid. We do not store full banking credentials ourselves — account linking is handled by Plaid under its own security controls.
• Communications: emails, messages, and rate confirmations sent or received through the Platform, and related delivery metadata (for example, whether an email was delivered) from our email delivery provider, Mailgun.
• Usage information: log and device data generated when you access the Platform, such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.

• Operating Midway's freight brokerage business: quoting, booking, dispatching, tracking, and billing loads.
• Communicating with carriers, customers, and partners about quotes, loads, documents, and payments.
• Processing carrier and vendor payments.
• Maintaining the security, integrity, and performance of the Platform.
• Meeting our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

We share information only as needed to run the brokerage relationship reflected in the Platform, including with:

• Carriers, customers, and factoring companies connected to a specific load, invoice, or payment.
• Service providers who help us operate the Platform, including our cloud hosting provider (Microsoft Azure), our email delivery provider (Mailgun), and our banking and payment-verification provider (Plaid).
• Professional advisors and regulators, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising purposes.

We retain Platform records for as long as needed to support the business relationship they relate to and to meet our legal, tax, and audit obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified in the ordinary course of business.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information on the Platform, including encrypted connections, access controls, and tenant-isolated data storage. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Platform users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account information by contacting support@midwaylogisticsllc.com, subject to our recordkeeping obligations for freight, billing, and compliance records.
• Carriers and customers with a secure portal or document link can update their own contact and compliance information directly where the Platform supports it.

The Platform is a business-to-business freight operations tool. It is not directed to, and is not knowingly used by, individuals under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent version.
